Academic Entry Requirements for AECS Programs
Asia Evangelical College & Seminary offers theological programs accredited by the Asia Theological Association (ATA) and International Accreditation Trust. Review the minimum eligibility qualifications below before applying.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- SSLC / 10th Standard Pass + AECS Entrance Examination.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- Diploma in Theology (Dip.Th) Pass with 'B' Grade or above.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- PUC II / Higher Secondary (12th) / Intermediate Pass.
- OR SSLC / 10th Pass + Diploma in Theology pass with 'B' Grade (or above).
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- 1-Year Track: B.Th Degree pass with 'B' Average (or above) from ATA / Serampore accredited colleges.
- 2-Year Track: B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. secular Bachelor's degree pass.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- B.A. / B.Sc. / B.Com. Degree pass from any recognized university.
- OR B.Th Degree with B+ average from non-accredited colleges + qualifying exams (Biblical Studies, Theology, Ministry) + Entrance Exam.

2 Years
Master of Divinity
M.Div 2-Year Advanced Track (ATA Accredited)
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- B.Th. Degree with 'B' Average (or above) from ATA / Serampore accredited colleges.
- Pass in AECS Entrance Examination.
M.Th
2 or 3 Years
Master of Theology
M.Th in Missiology / Theology
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- M.Div. with B+ average from ATA or Serampore accredited institutions.
- OR M.A. / M.Sc. / M.Com. Master's degree pass + Entrance Exam.
Minimum Eligibility Requirement
- Completion of Master of Divinity (M.Div) from a recognized institution with B+ grade or high 2nd Division.
- Minimum 5 years of active ministry experience required.
